Prenatal

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Must be at least 13 weeks pregnant.

Hot Bamboo

Hot Bamboo Massage was developed to be a luxurious deep tissue modality. Through the use of heated bamboo tools. The heat allows for deeper tissue work without additional pressure while providing relaxation.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Hot Stone

Volcanic Basalt stones are heated, oiled, then used to massage the body. While holding the stone, massage will be applied letting the heat penetrate directly into the muscles. An amazing way to relieve sore muscles and release built up tension throughout the body.

Couples Massage

Each massage will be tailored to your personal needs and goals while relaxing next to your favorite person! The massages will be in the same room with two massage therapists—one for each person.

Ashiatsu Massage

60, 90, and 120 Minute Massages available. Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique that requires the therapist to use their feet instead of their hands to perform the massage. Great for very firm pressure and pain relief.
