Memberships & Packages
Membership & Package FAQs
What’s the difference between a membership and a package?
Memberships are billed monthly and give you a monthly credit that can be used toward eligible massage or esthetic services, along with additional member benefits. Packages are purchased upfront and include six qualifying services for the price of five with no recurring monthly payment.
Do I have to sign a long-term membership contract?
No. Tacora memberships have no long-term commitment and can be canceled at any time.
What happens if I don’t use my membership credit that month?
Your unused credit stays on your account and remains valid for 365 days from the date it was purchased.
Can I use a membership credit for someone else?
Yes. You can schedule an appointment through your account and select that the appointment is for someone else during online booking. An available credit from your account can then be applied to their appointment.
Can I upgrade my membership service?
Yes. You can use your membership credit toward a longer or higher-priced eligible service and pay the difference.
Do members save on additional services?
Yes. Members receive 15% off additional services during the same month after using their monthly membership service.
How do packages work?
Purchase a 60-minute massage, 90-minute massage, or qualifying facial package and receive six qualifying services for the price of five. There are no recurring monthly payments.
How long are package credits valid?
Package credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused package credits expire after 365 days.
Which is better for me—a membership or a package?
A membership may be a better fit if you want a regular monthly routine, flexibility between eligible massage and esthetic services, and additional member savings. A package may be a better fit if you prefer to pay upfront for six qualifying services and schedule them throughout the year without recurring billing.
